At Legacy Volleyball Academy, we want things to be simple and transparent. Here are the key points you need to know:

    • Payments: Fees must be paid in advance to secure your child’s spot.
    • Refunds & Make-Ups: Our Refund & Make-Up Policy explains when refunds are possible and how make-up sessions work.
    • Participation: Athletes are expected to respect coaches, teammates, and facilities. Misconduct may result in suspension without refund.
    • Safety: Volleyball carries some risk of injury. By joining, you accept this risk and allow Legacy staff to act in emergencies if needed.
    • Cancellations: If Legacy cancels a program, we will arrange a make-up or provide a refund/credit.
    • Property: Our training materials, website, and logo belong to Legacy and can’t be copied or shared without permission.
    • Law: We follow UAE law, and any disputes will be handled by UAE courts.

Terms & Conditions

Welcome to Legacy Volleyball Academy. These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern the use of our website, programs, and services. By registering your child, accessing our website, or participating in our activities, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
1. General
  • Legacy Volleyball Academy (“Legacy,” “we,” “our”) provides volleyball training, camps, tournaments, and related services.
  • We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective once posted on our website.
2. Payments & Refunds
  • Fees must be paid in full (or as per agreed schedule) to secure participation.
  • Payments are accepted in AED via approved methods.
  • Refunds and make-up sessions are covered under our Refund & Make-Up Session Policy, available here.
3. Participation & Responsibilities
  • Parents/guardians are responsible for ensuring athletes arrive on time, prepared with proper attire and equipment.
  • Athletes must follow Legacy’s code of conduct, respecting coaches, teammates, officials, and facilities.
  • Legacy reserves the right to suspend or remove athletes for misconduct, without refund.

4. Assumption of Risk & Waiver

  • Volleyball, like all sports, carries inherent risks of injury. By registering, you acknowledge and accept these risks.
  • Parents/guardians agree not to hold Legacy, its coaches, or affiliates liable for injuries, losses, or damages arising from participation, except where required by UAE law.
  • In case of emergency, Legacy staff may seek appropriate medical care if a parent/guardian cannot be reached.
  • By enrolling my child in Legacy Volleyball Academy programs, I, the undersigned parent/legal guardian, acknowledge that participation in sports involves inherent risks, including but not limited to falls, collisions, and equipment-related injuries. I hereby release and hold harmless Legacy Volleyball Academy, its staff, coaches, and partner venues from any liability for injuries, accidents, or damages that may occur during participation, except in cases of negligence or misconduct. I confirm that I am the parent/legal guardian of the enrolled minor and that I have full legal authority to grant this release on their behalf.
5. Intellectual Property
  • All website content, logos, images, training materials, and program content are the property of Legacy Volleyball Academy.
  • Content may not be copied, shared, or reproduced without written consent.
6. Website & Online Use
  • Users agree not to misuse the website or interfere with its security or functionality.
  • Legacy is not responsible for third-party links or content accessed through our website.
7. Limitation of Liabillity
  • While we strive to provide accurate information and a safe environment, Legacy does not guarantee uninterrupted services or error-free content.
  • To the maximum extent permitted by UAE law, Legacy will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages related to participation or website use.
8. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
  • These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
  • Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of UAE courts.
9.Severability
  • If any provision of these Terms is found invalid, the remaining provisions will continue in full effect.
